That is kinda in line with what I was saying.
Intrinsic meaning is up for grabs.
But people do assign meaning in one way or another, just not necessarily consciously.
When you wake up, you (and everyone else) get out of bed for a reason.
That reason is the meaning of life.
It will differ on a case-by-case basis, but we all assign some kind of meaning to life as we know it.
So-called nihilists are really just un-self-aware frauds. -

The purpose of eggs is to give chickens, and the purpose of chickens is to give eggs.
Just like the purpose of humans is to give eggs (different kind of eggs, but still), and to fertilize those eggs, then raise whatever the heck popped out of them - ad infinitum.
It's the circle of life, as The Lion King taught all us 90's kids all so well. -

I sternly believe in the value of education that college can provide.
But I would never suggest anyone look at it as a financial investment.
Knowledge is good.
Paying thousands of dollars for a piece of paper proving you possess such knowledge - that is not always wise.
Take it from someone who currently has to make minimum monthly student loan payments of over $500 per month (actually, to be honest, I haggled it down to $250... still a lot though). -

They literally don't have to exercise a single iota of what we call "thought."
Do them little niggas even have smart phones?

You do realize I wasn’t disagreeing with you by asking more questions, right? -

I did not even think of Patrick when I was thinking of how advanced starfish are as a species.
Well whodathunkit, that Patrick is the pinnacle of evolution?

We just talkin' is all.
It's healthy human discourse.
We may have been on the exact same page all along. -

I was being somewhat facetious...
But essentially, depending on how you frame the question, then, yes, our sole purpose is to reproduce, merely from a biological/evolutionary perspective.
Humans can, however, analyze the world through different paradigms and thus draw different conclusions from the same reality.
