I used to think Flat Earthers were just being satirical and/or trolling

If you've ever taken a plane you should know the earth is round. I mean you can literally see its curve.

Are you really too stupid to understand the concept of something being far away?

That isn't how distance works faggot. Try harder

    Jesus Maria and Jose…

This is a pattern on the firmament, not an actual object.

Then lets change it to I can look at Jupiter through my telescope and over a period of hours observe the Galilean moons moving around it...so clearly not a stationary "pattern" and yet still millions of miles further than Ireland is...which I still can't see through the same telescope...

Exactly...Expect you really cannot see the curve from an airplane.

Well you can if you are in the cockpit...

No. U cannot no matter where u sit in the plane.

How high do you have to be to see the curvature of the earth?

You should be able to detect it from an aeroplane at a cruising height of around 10,600 metres (35,000 feet), but you need a fairly wide field of view (ie 60 degrees) and a virtually cloud-free horizon.

    Next idiot in line please...

I dunno. But i made a point to look for the curvature last time I was on da plane. There was nobne.

Was you in the cockpit with a field of view of 60 degrees and a cloud free horizon? You're not going to get 60 degrees looking out of the fucking side window.

Post a picture through the your telescope of these phony moons.

They're only Galilean in the sense that they're heretical, you'd be far better off looking down and praying.

If you wanted the ten grand and were so sure of your argument you'd hire/borrow one.
