At my last job my boss taught me how to record transactions every morning, yet I was able to present 6 months of the relevant accounting data (including the shit he glossed over, such as chargebacks) in a full featured pivot table within an hour.
Yet he was a highly qualified CIMA qualified accountant (he wasn't really CIMA registered) and claimed to be essential to the company (he cost the company hundreds of thousands in tax penalties).
Goddam, I know no one has a clue what I'm talking about, but fuck these people.
