    I haven't been myself, but I've seen it a lot.

    You need to find a way to vent your anger. Start working out, pick up some hobbies, and basically run yourself into the ground every day. It's natural for young men to have a bunch of energy, my guess it that you're just not doing anything with it and that's what's causing the anger.

    I like sim racing but that can piss me off quickly as well

    We'll have to see if it's as bad when I get home from a 12 hour shift tomorrow

    Funny thing is when my car broke down I didn't get mad, I just said "damn that sucks" and called my mechanic and a tow truck

    It only seems to be little unimportant things that should just be little annoyances that set me off

    Sim racing isn't physical exercise. You should use that as a way to relax/rewarding hobby. Find something that makes you break a sweat.

    And, yeah, it's always the little stuff :)
