   Apparently they want $139billion just to build their shithole island after some hurricane (which seem to happen regularly there). That's $42,000 each.
   
   And they got bailed out of debt by Uncle Sam not too long ago too IIRC.
   
   And they move to America and become shitty people - the men are stupid and scary, the women are ugly.
