    I use beef franks
    pork&beans (or left over pintos)
    onion
    green pepper
    hot sauce
    BBQ sauce
    sprinkle with a little sugar
    a light squeeze of mustard
    1/4 cup brown sugar

    and I bake them

Serve with green salad and fresh sourdough bread.
