   Theoretically, an employee of the bank would only need brief access to the master key, use a wax key copy kit to clone a key directly off a locked box, and could empty out 20-30 boxes into a bag or something, all in a matter of minutes.

   this isnt the 90s.
   
   a simple snap with a smartphone camera from 2014 has enough details to make an accurate duplicate key.
