I'd love to do it but I'm honestly too stupid and lazy and poor to have a healthy vegan diet. I'm seriously such a fuck for eating meat. šŸ˜‘

    But NO. Not going to.

I'm ~95% vegetarian but if i get a bad craving for something (happens once every week or two) I'll still get it

    Best of both worlds.

(and my doctor says not to restrict diet while my shoulder is still healing)

    1. Anthrax is objectively awesome
    2. Cults have been popular for an extremely long time. I have a theory that there's something in Korean culture that makes them more susceptible to cults. Will unpack later.
    3. Karl Marx wasn't really popular until after he died. I read some of his writing in jail and it's basically gobbledygook. He had no good ideas ever. He was pretty popular at the beginning of the 20th century but he was really a total faggot victim who 69d with Rousseau all day and di dnt understand human nature

Yeah, on both points but more so the second.

Vegetables can be delicious. You don't need to be vegetarian to eat meals without meat for a bit, or even just throw in the odd vegetable centered dinner. People act real fucking autistic on this subject, like you eat palak paneer one time, and you have to rip your own nuts off with pliers.

Joe doesn't even oppose veganism: some of his closest friends, including MMA fighter, are vegans. If he is an expert on any subject, it is MMA, and he never shit talks vegan fighters or whatever who do it right, although he will criticize when it's done wrong.

People like to take that and turn it into JOE ROGAN THINKS VEGANS ARE RETARDED!!! because people really, really hate nuance.

To that point, you absolutely do have to be careful and do it right, and doing it right actually takes some effort. The average nonvegan can pretty much live their life without paying too much attention to what they are eating, and in my experience, this is not good preparation for veganism.

A lot of vegans take it for granted that they're eating right just because they are eating vegan, and begin without preparation. Like he said, it's usually better than the garbage they were previously eating, but this can fool you into thinking that what you're doing is actually "good", and sadly it's usually not the case. You eventually reach a point where you are actually healthy-ish, but then those deficiencies in an improperly balanced vegan diet start to take you into the negative.

    Veganism is a religion.

Anyway I went carnivore for a few months and it was great at first. But that woe really lowers your blood pressure and mine went down to 96/60 and I was getting dizzy spells so now I'm back to eating all carby and stuff again. Still no veges tho bc veggies are ewwww.
