I call myself having dinner and going into one of my fav YouTubers live stream …
So I come in like .. Shawn!
He’s like Starr love ! Starr love is in the building y’all…
I don’t know why you here you only gone come in and leave in 2 min 😭😂
“Imma start calling you Starr Hate”😭
He’s like ..are you beautiful hell yes.. are you wrong .. hell yes!
That’s just how he is to all the women in the chat tho but It had me rollin ..
I do have a habit of not staying put..
Imma ramble for a second because I’m half sleep and high...
So I went into another Live stream on this channel.. so he was talking about something new with Kanye N he mentioned Chicago.. so I’m like I’m from Chicago and I say something else ...
He like hold on sister you not from Chicago.. nothing about you says Chicago..
And I was just appalled!! Like why Shawn!
Why can’t I be from Chicago?!
It reminded me of when I moved to this town and everyone always said you don’t act like you’re from Chicago.. you don’t talk like you’re from Chicago..
I remember what the video was about.. Kanye is in Forbes and they said he was worth 1 billion and he sent them the documentation to show 3 billion lol
I remember being in high school when he came out ..his video was kool to me because it had all the place I hung out in the video because it was set on the south side of Chicago lol
This is when he first started getting weird.. but I still dugg this because in my mind it was all the zodiac signs.. that’s what I interpreted it as artistically...
🎵
So goodnight cruel world.. I’ll see you in the morning.. huh?! I see you in the morning.. this I way 2 much .. I need a moment..🎵

One of the first times i remember feeling like something was “different” in the black community was when my friend got told by the other kids that he wasnt black bc he was nerdy and liked to read. His dad was senegalese and both his parents were really traditional. He never got into the shit the other kids did, and they found ways to fuck with him for being a quiet kid, said he was “acting white”. But his sister was Issa Rae so he had a cool family backing him.

.......I was relating to the fact that its fucked up for people to expect you to “be” a certain way bc of where you live, how you look, etc.
But yeah i do think theres a clear delineation between the predominate hood culture and black culture. The 6 or 7 kids i knew either from africa or with african parents just didnt have many of the same problems. I think pan-africanism is where a lot of the healthier cultural aspects are blooming in the community, which is why i think that stuff like Dr. Sebi- regardless of the fact that he was fostering ignorance of science and ripping a lot of people off- was ultimately a good thing.
Some black dude that said africans were electric beings so they had to buy his special electric nutrient food. Essentially he was a con artist, but he got a lot of people thinking about their health, well being, energy, the health of the black community, etc. lol.

theres this restaurant in Houston called The Aquarium….
Absolutely beautiful. I used to always have fish tanks, fresh water. They’d nickel and dime the death out of me, so I gave it away. Before that I had them for 7 yrs.
