HTS said before she is "pre op", but the idea that an operation is an inevitable part of transitioning is not true. Many operations go wrong, are badly performed and give disappointing results. It simply is not possible to create a perfect vagina out of a dick. I would advise against an operation to be honest.
She has said she is getting an orchiectomy though, which is a removal of the testes (balls), which would probably be beneficial as they produce testosterone, which is a problem and can increase mood problems.
