I guess if you're that insecure about your intelligence you need a stupid partner.

I've done that by accident on meth.

You must be a young and submissive snowflake.

Wanting your way in your home has zip to do with insecurity and intelligence. It's the natural order of things to have a head of household, a decision maker. Not some wet behind the ears pussy "what do you think dear?", "is it ok if I go have a drink with my friends dear?"

    Insert eyeroll emote here.

Oh and subs are not always stupid, plenty of willing subs out there ;)

Yeah, in the bedroom sub and dom are fine. Adults can usually strike a balance between the two. You know there are more than two options. "Bring my beer" and "can I please go have you a beer with my with my friends?" aren't the only ways. Again, I would prefer someone to be my equal intelligently so you ya know know, I can actually carry out conversations or joke around. I can cook better than most and I can still pull ass at the bars and such. You just want to be lazy and not have to do anything in bed.

If they're supposed to shut up it doesn't matter if they're Steven Hawking. There goes that point

Sub and Dom is more a sexual thing, it's not a wife and a husband trying to decide what to have for lunch.

It can be pretty hot having thoughts of another person having complete control of you physically, and using you as they see fit. Also vice versa. And then there are the people who are into pain.

I never really did sub-dom stuff, but I can definitely see the attraction and would love to try it some time.

It's a bit shallow (and insecure) to require someone to be of equal intellect as a "loving" partner, it really shouldn't matter how smart or dumb they are as long as they get your genitalia excited. If you want intelligent conversation...well that's what friends are for.

It's also naive to assume that intelligence level plays any role in a dom/sub relationship, of course it can but equally it doesn't have to...as it's also not always the case that the sub is dumber than the dom. Some people's personalities just gravitated to one or the other, some people are comfortable in those roles.

Some very intelligent women (and men I suppose) like to be subs.

Personally when I go home I want a fucking break and to rule my roost without having to have a debate every time a decision has to be made, my way or the highway etc...I'm confident in my decision making and really don't need "help" from anyone else in making them...it's an insecure person who does.

This sort of thinking is exactly why the US divorce rate is what it is

Well no quite the opposite, the dom/sub relationship WAS a typical marriage for the vast majority of the population for centuries(both US and globally)...high divorce rates are pretty much in line with that tradition crumbling...and the rise of feminism and such cockery.

Yeah because a lot of women didn't work so they were financially dependant on the man. If you want to live in caveman times, go for it. 1st wave feminism is just fine. Don't conflate it with Thia modern bullshit. If it's shallow to prefer intelligence and personality over looks and sex abilities, then you've got me.

Women worked in the home, minding children, cooking, and doing laundry and dishes. We've automated away a lot of the domestic bullshit women had to do in the past via technical means, but lets not demean their role.

When equal pay was actually a thing and voting rights were actually a thing, no. The wage gap, pink tax, man blah blah rape culture etc are not a natural evolution. Most females don't even identify as feminists.

For instance instead of doing laundry by walking to river and beating clothes against rocks, we now have washing machines.
And instead of having children we just import muslims.

Well that's the point isn't it, personal choice. You live your life how you want to, others live theirs how they want to. If a person/couple is happy with a dom/sub situation why the hell would they not do what makes them happy? to appease some liberal whiney bastard? lol.

A secure and intelligent person lives their life how they see fit, not how others think they should live it or to "fit in" with the current "trend".

Implying raising children in a safe and stable home is not the biggest and most prestigious profession in the history of homo sapiens
