Post pictures when you do, I have never heard of a carnitas burrito. Downsides of living in Europe.

I was looking at a suicide website last night and they had a page dedicated to virtual worlds to escape to for help. One of them is the community I came from. It seemed like a joke.

It's just a burrito, man. I assure you you have them available to you in Europe.

No, they don't sell burritos here. And if they are sold here, they are sold by non-Latinos. It's like having a non-Italian serve you pasta. It just doesn't feel right. And since people have no idea what an actual burrito is supposed to be like, they can't complain about it since they don't know any better.

If you can go to a grocery store there and buy tortilla wraps, cheese , and whatever else you like, you have burritos there. You don't need someone from Mexico to make it.

In the plane ride in October, I was seated next to an Italian young man. A few years older than I. He admitted to saying that what's being sold here as pasta in the Netherlands and elsewhere is a disgrace to real pasta. Same for every other Italian dish.

It's not authentic then. You're basically inspired by the idea of a burrito, but not directly having how it's supposed to be made. That's the difference.

I know the difference, and I wasn't trying to say it's somehow AUTHENTIC. you said you hadn't even HEARD of a carnitas burrito. HEARD of. Like they keep those words a secret from everyone in Europe. Yet now we are discussing it.

What the fuck IS authentic? Do you only eat authentic food? Do you exclusively go to every country in the world to eat their specific things and never eat anything else at any time?

I dug up an old memory pen cr what I was looking for but now I'm missing old friends. Is it weird I make folders about people and playlists of their fav songs? It's like I want to have their essence stored somewhere.
