2022-07-30 at 1:41 PM UTCI remember readint his fiction book, alcoholic father smashes the mother's T.V. Saying she was ill and he was going to make her better. Is it really abusive to take someone's T.V away? Even if it's better for them? Is it just because you're breaking someone's property that it's abusive? I'm wondering because it could mean I have an abusive streak.

'abusive' is a loaded word. it's been over-generalised by the kind of people I often want to 86.
it was an abuse of the TV, the rest would depend on the context. The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

If you break someone's property in a fit of violence as a way to resolve a problem, then yes you are abusive, and an asshole of a person.
I would snap your anorexic bones like pretzel rods if you broke my TV. -

I think I'm losing my mind
I thought I'd posted almost the same thing, 'abusive' is loaded and subjective, but I guess I didn't -
2022-07-30 at 3:17 PM UTCIf you're too nice to a person, that could constitute abuse.

I've been to both those places and they don't do me any good, especially the mental hospital. Place is a total waste of time.
Besides, me talking about theoretical violence isn't illegal, not even in your pussified Eurotrash country. All you have to do to keep your bones intact is to not sperg out and break my TV.
