Training people sucks . I hear you. Depends on the person I guess but like with me when I train a new person I just basically do everything and have them watch me and then have them do everything. Like the one day I'll just do everything and then it's fun for a few days when they have to do it and I can stand around 'observing' while they do the work but they end up being dumb and I have to do it anyway.

I'm a bad teacher/trainer...I end up shouting and insulting them due to lack of patience.
I make step by step documents and throw it at them and use the logic that if we all died overnight the new crew coming in would need to be able to do the job from instructions. Kind of like ISO documentation but without the $10,000 a year fee.
