   we had an unspoken agreement and it worked well for a few years till the head rat found this fancy ass brown and white rat bitch,, she looked like she would have cost a lot at the pet store, but anyway I don't know where he found here but the younger rats they made were totally disrespectful of the unspoken agreement.
   
   I was a friend of the red squirrel and enjoyed them playing around my house till one ate part of my snowmobile gas tank. the red squirrel's do not come to my clearing anymore and when I'm done with the rat family there will be one left to spread the word about breaking the unspoken agreement between country folk and rats that come inside on the colder nights .
   
   the rules, NO going into the actual living area of the HUMANS
   NO fighting in the walls.
   No Raping other rats in the walls.
   NO breading or family residence in the house or walls
