   yeah, and I think the brother turned him just from reading his anonymous manifesto and thinking it sounded like him. No technical mistake, didn't leave recoverable prints or tell someone who couldn't be trusted, I can't imagine what he could have done to avoid being discovered short of like murdering his whole family so they wouldn't be able to ID him? A typewriter would have been the most sophisticated technology involved, literally living off the grid, and just from a piece of writing the whole thing goes up in smoke. It blows my mind.

   Yes bc Ted had done some previous writings with similar ideology surrounding technology and when compared to the manifesto the brother said it was a match. The sad part is, he wasn’t way off base on his beliefs.
   
   If he’d never written those earlier papers they’d probably never have found him.
