2018-02-08 at 6:29 PM UTCOr just general obe's? / sleep paralysis?
When I was a kid I would have many sleep terrors, weird sleep paralysis expereince where I could move m body but i felt like my soul was rising out of me. I'd freak out and be pulled back into my body and could move again.
I started trying to replicate myself by falling the steps I read online but with no real success adn was just subject to these experience randomly or because of the use of klonopin (the next night after taking klonopin I always get sleep paralysis.
But last year I was listening to this guided meditation a few times over a couple weeks, and eventually while listening to it and not trying to hard I started feeling my entire body vibrate crazily seeing weird lighting flashes in my mind and my legs lift up and I got really excited because it was actually working but then pulled back into my body.
Oh yeah and back in the day that guy muffins sent me a sample and i did that and had already eaten a huge amount of tramadol and gabapentin, ent up having a seizure, and I literally saw my body on a gurney being put into an ambulance and I was floating above the apartment complex and could see the infrastructure on top which id never seen before. the image has stuck with me for years.
So thats as far as I've got, how about you guys?

2018-02-08 at 11:49 PM UTCOne Summer I became adept at inducing the transitional state known as sleep paralysis by using yogic visualization techniques, during which I witnessed a number of concerning phenomena. On a few of these occasions, I also succeeded in producing an out-of-body-experience. Although I could reliably achieve the former and did so on a daily basis for a while, I never did manage to properly orient myself on the 'astral plane'.

you should keep trying, we should all try and make a pact to all astral project and be higher forms of our self considering the "real world" is getting more and more fake by the day. Be the change you want to see.

I don't know if I think that we actually leave our bodies or not. Maybe I'll give it a try, though. -

I think we do but maybe in a different since than a physical one, I've thought about that too and sure maybe you aren't literally flying out to saturn but you're tapping into a different consciousness.
All I know is when I saw my body and my apartment building being put in an amulance all I know is whether my soul left or I was mentally just in a different state that tapped into our mapped out reality, it felt factual and not like anything I've ever seen or felt before.
But yeah you could be right about you not leaving the body a lot of astral projectors see it to be the same as lucid dreaming.
