strange childhood experience

2017-12-02 at 3:27 PM UTCI met this kid the first week of kindergarten. I remember being in the playground at recess and not knowing any other kids but thinking he was stupid because I didn't like his shirt. But he came up to me and asked if I wanted to be his friend so I just said yea and we started hanging out and became pretty good friends through elementary school.
Then one time he had a birthday party with some kids from school when we were like maybe 10 or 11 years old. We had a sleepover at his house and we all stayed up eating pizza and drinking soda and playing video games and shit. Then the next day we went to a lake to barbecue and fish. Somewhere during the course of this, I forgot whose birthday party I was at. I knew that I knew him and was still having fun, but couldn't really figure out my relation to him or how I knew him or his family or the other kids.
The feeling kind of persisted for the rest of the day and then it's just a weird experience that I remember. -

i was going to ask that but I figured he would of mentioned it. it sounds like one of those missing time stories except he's not missing time as he remembers what happened, just didn't remember who the kid was. -

i dunno the only time ive ever thrown up while drunk was when i was 15 and i woke up on the bathroom floor naked with my dad punching me, I knew who he was though lol
