What state should I move to for Marijuana?

It might of been the state of California that had placed a moratorium of some type to allow hippies in the day smoke for 2 years.
Not a federal level thing.
But this all started with my comment about laughing at how the feds would move in.
But isn't there a law were even though Government Laws over power state laws yet in contrasts to such laws, the Government allows states to write their own laws (with exceptions to legalizing murder or such.. perhaps a branch of certain laws not allowed to be changed by state?)

I suspect that a regulation of how many plants can grow in a house will be restricted back down to two or six or some fixed low number. to protect the places that pay taxes. it's learning to walk right now.
yet if you ask your friend to sell you homegrown (which might be pretty good) then probably dirt cheap. no more 200 for whatever 200 buys now.. an ounce? if it's really good weed?
