thats when goering came and gave him a little hugg. and we know where huggs lead ….
He wept tears of rage that they dared defy him to the end. That wasn't a hug Goering gave him, he was trying to constrain the fuhrer so he wouldn't murder the nearest commander. -
2017-10-27 at 3:41 AM UTCBTW when is the sequel to Iron Sky (Iron Sky 2) coming out?
I wanted to watch it. -

See that's an example of "Gore dark humor" that was so stupid it was enjoyable and laughable.
but the moment WW Z came on last night (or the night before) I watched the opening at the dinner table with my girlfriend and we turned it off after the zombies started jumping on everyone in downtown philly.
pointless fuck shit. I tried watching a bit of it before and it never has any decent comic aspects. just really disturbing shit.
I walked out of the film Se7en as well. watched parts of the last of it.
I prefer comedy and sci fi and documentaries on shit. UFO films were something I used to like.
I can still remember watching the Alien trailer as a kid. the original. it's still freakish today 40 years later. -

I personally rather see special effects like that over computer generated monsters that look even more fake. -

2017-10-29 at 3:07 PM UTC3D is getting more realistic because shadowing enhancements are getting more realistic as well as material and polygon counts and learning how to create the slightest muscle or dynamic movements.
but you can't say that Aliens looked plastic. it looks like something truly tearing out of the chest of a man.
the sliding part was a bit silly. maybe that's what you're referring too. I remember us laughing at that. it came out in 79 so I was like 13-14 when it came out. I saw it at a theatre in San Francisco and then again at a local theatre down the street from our house but at a matinee the following year. Sci fi is different. it's silly and "What if" but I will say being home alone and watching that commercial fucked with my head at like 11pm. I think i was left home alone all night. -

aliens in aliens looked rubbery.
So do cuttlefish .. they're sureal looking. kind of alien. the Alien in the original was kind of stiff looking, the teeth looked metalic and the slime coming out of the mouth, looks like that play slime you buy in a can for kids.
I understand that Dan O'bannon got this idea for his film from His and John Carpenters comedy film (USC project) "Dark Star"
somehow that film relates to aliens. but he wanted Alien to be serious instead of a dark comedy. -
