Just put 2 racks of ribs in to brine

Tomorrow morning, I'mma take em out of the brine apply my rub.
My rub recipe can be described thus:
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp old bay seasoning
ezpz simple pimple.
