I'd really go and seek professional help. It's cool, trust me. There's a bunch of nice milf therapists and hot nurses, too. They are usually really nice in specialized mental facilities. Though, you should probably do single meetings on your own first. It might not be that bad.

Like at work, it gets slow when I'm in this one position, and my co-workers naturally form a little group far from me, and they talk. I am alone working. Everywhere that I've worked at is like this. People avoid me, they give me the shit work, they team up against me, they exclude me, they don't fucking like me.
I now want to know why its been like this all of these years. -

Nobody gives a fuck about morale boosts, if they're reaching out for help, it's probably because they have already thought about the issue and have run out of ideas, and they have weighed up options they came up with and didn't like them.
This can be the case for one of two reasons: 1) these options are genuinely not helpful, or 2) the options are helpful but they're not desirable due to emotional factors.
If dealing with 1) the best we can do is have him explain his reasoning for why he doesn't do X or Y or Z.
If dealing with 2) we have to encourage him to cut the Gordian knot, rip off the band aid, and take the emotional hit. Emotional hurts heal. And then he'll be glad he did it. Kind of like me ending it with my girlfriend.
It hurts right now, but it had to be done. And this will hurt, but it has to be done.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
