   Kmar is Dutch military police. Which is kind of weird to mention in the same sentence as NSA/FBI but masterchan made me do it. When the mchan servers got seized by Dutch police everyone blamed Kmar, so when anyone talks about Dutch "federal" police they say Kmar on m and 8 chan. No federation here though. So it's really more the National Police Service, High Tech Crimes Unit. Which is a far less glamorous name, but the Dutch national security apparatus has it's own acronyms, like AIVD, MIVD which are the millitary and civilian branches of the national security service. But they don't care about fuccbois fapping to tweens and writing shitty semi-malicious code.
