   My neighbors are cultists or somethong. Have these strange houses all over town, all indefitelt "under construction" as you can't reside in a building under construction more than 30 days out of the year and they claim they're churches or religious buildings. Totally gaming the system to write off all materials on taxes and be exempt as the buildings are under construction.
   
   They come and go only in the dead of night, like 4am last night, and always have someone in each building keeping watch 247. It's wild
