   You know what doesn't smell like vinegar? Fent powder mixed with weed resin and shoepolish in a bag with owls on it.

   Smelling like vinegar is not a mark of quality. I taste dope to judge how strong it will be from how bitter it tastes. Too much of a vinegar taste means that morphine was the limiting reagent instead of the AA as it should be.

   From what I understand its the use of cheaper and easily accessable malt vinegar instead of purer acetic acid which is clear that give a lot of heroin its tan color. Pure acetic acid is used for China white etc, which is why its white.
