1 year later Galaxy S8+ is still far and away the best phone. I love it, and I don't even bother to use my laptop for anything I don't need to use it for, including the forums.
Coincidentally I use the AKG headphones that came with it, they seem to be of pretty good quality. Cheap headphones don't fit in my ears usually, but these seem to stay in comfortably which is half the battle. They retailed for $100, which doesn't mean anything since they shipped 'em out for free with all those phones.
I'm interested in those built in amp headphones aldra talked about if they're any cheaper by now.

I got a pair of JayBirds for free along with a smart watch, skis, and basically $7k+ in shit last xmas and they suck.
They don't connect well.
