I didn't say run over. I think if you made the proper modifications to an optimal vehicle and chose a proper location, bypassed barriers, you could massively improve the kill count.
I did say that there are plans you could use, if your goal was simply to kill as many people as possible, that could likely reach a count in the thousands.
Definitely not something I'd do, just to be clear. It's pretty terrifying just how effective certain plans I came up with would be. Good thing terrorists tend to be dumb as shit. -

That nigga was pretty bad ass. I don't know if not killing anyone is commendable or reprehensible though. I'd definitely be tempted to smash some police cruisers myself if I was that enraged to customize a tank and go on a rampage like that. If I remember this guy correctly he did all of this because he couldn't get a zoning permit or something along those lines. Still my hats off to him. -

I think its a natural human curiosity to ponder these things. Like the stabbing bit. Who the hell thinks through a stabbing and then thinks its going to be a good idea. you're thinking of a different dude. the one you mentioned modified a D9 bulldozer with armor plate then went on a rampage. the irony is the dude used so much that the engine overheated.
