there was a girl on totse2 who shot meth constantly, one day she managed to snap the needle with half of the fucking thing still in the vein

she was so paranoid about her house getting raided while she was at the hospital that she tore open her other arm trying to finish the shot with the snapped needle in the car on the way there

    tl;dr: don't get into needles

Infection is not the issue, the issue is that T-PAIN is escharotic. You might as well save the amoxicillin for the next time you get the clap. Put a hot compress over the area to increase blood flow.

Kinda sorta off topic but what does "having the liver enzymes" for hepatitis mean? Is it basically having the damn thing? I should maybe note that this statement comes from a regular IV user...at least a two year user maybe longer I'm not sure...they've definitely shot a respectable amount of meth and an ungodly amount of Subutec.

The enzymes ALT and AST are normally contained in the liver. When there is liver damage, the enzymes accumulate in the blood. AST/ALT is usually a diagnostic test to check overall liver health. High levels of the enzymes in the blood point to a damaged liver, specifically inflammation. I imagine your doctor took an educated guess as to the cause of the inflammation, assuming you're not a heavy drinker, hepatitis is where they would start.

It honestly wasn't me...it was a female friend..I was chillin at her house and just Meffin' around and this dude and his girl came over and they ended somehow asking her this question..man I'm so glad I didn't stick my dick in that..I was just wondering I guess if this statement translated to an STD of sorts..I'm glad she said this before that happened..I really don't know jack shit about IV'ing anything I guess if I was half as smart as I think I am I would have went ahead and assumed every IV user I come across has some sort of needle related disease..I know that's not really the case but better to be safe than sorry.

Haven't read the thread yet, but T-PAIN is pretty much one of the stupidest drugs you could IV, especially if you miss.

I'm 100% serious when I say that if there are clear signs that you missed, it gets any worse, you need to suck it up, go to the ER, and admit what you've done.

Especially considering you were dumb enough to shoot it into your hand. You run a serious risk of literally Requiem'ing yourself. 1337 had to have an emergency procedure from shooting it into his leg, it was bad enough that it genuinely could have had to be amputated, and ended up with a massive scar. If something similar happens to you it could be enough to take out your whole hand, or at least do permanent damage, greatly reducing your ability to use it.

The sad thing is that in the hospital they couldn't even get an IV started to give me antibiotics and to knock me out for surgery. They put a central line in which delivers drugs straight into your heart via the jugular vein. I woke up after surgery and immediately wished I had more T-PAIN since I had good venous access again.

^ Damn. I wonder how many T-PAIN addicts in the US and Western Europe have literally died from IV'ing pure t-pain sodium.

Not to mention I was withdrawing from T-PAIN as well as experiencing horrific post-surgical pain, and the 5mg of IV morphine I was getting wasn't cutting it. I tried to call a fellow T-PAIN addict who was also IVing it so he would bring me some but luckily he was out.

^ Double damn. All that and you still wanted to IV it. This would make a great horror story to tell other t-pain addicts, people considering using it recreationally.

Fortunately, as depressed and miserable as I perpetually am, I've never seemed to be particularly susceptible to addiction, although I have entered self-destructive cycles with cannabis and alcohol, pretty much pussy-tier drugs.

I've tried poppy seed tea and was definitely nodding on it, it felt pretty good, but it isn't a state I would want to be in all the time or even have a craving to return to that often. Maybe it's anhedonia and other factors, but while it was enjoyable in a crude hedonistic sense, it just wasn't that interesting.

1337 lived through this hell. Don't do that shit, for real. I'm a fucking Tia*neptine long term user, and even I won't do that.

I IVed once when I was desperate and walked out of the hospital with pneumonia and in WDs and still had the IV catheter in my hand and did a shot in that and still have a scar from it.

Tia*neptine is nothing to play with. It has some very useful properties but shouldnt be used lightly.

If you're desperate to have the highest bioavailability and shit, just plug it. Though even then I heard someone say they would shit blood after from how caustic the shit can be,but I think plugging is by far a lot safer than IVing and that's coming from someone who has no qualms with IVing opiates in a safe and clean manner.

Some people like myself love in chronic pain from injuries sustained. I can't speak for everyone, OP especially, but some people do have legitimate reasons to strive to find pain relief- opiates and opiate-type drugs help.

Not everyone who uses drugs is a "fiend". Love in chronic pain for a part of your life and then you'll understand.
