If you examine the location and composition of the markings and logos on the destroyed shuttle, you will see that it is a second, secret, undocumented space shuttle, not the Columbia. -

The video was taken by the doomed Columbia, just before it broke up on reentry. The secret, destroyed shuttle is still up there in space. -
