It would explain his callousness, complete lack of emotional regulation/awareness, reckless behavior, and inability to take responsibility for anything or feel guilt.
Honestly, it makes sense when you think about it. Especially since he's able to con other people into paying for existence in spite of his shortcomings, and clearly has established a pattern of behavior going all the way back to childhood. -

You were also homeless, whored yourself out to gay men, have had nothing but a string of the lowest menial labor, fuck the most unattractive women because that's all you can get, although you claim/delude yourself into believing you actually have a preference for these "slampigs", as you call them, have been homeless in the past, showing that you were probably bad enough that even your parents didn't want to help you, have been an absentee father, didn't learn your lesson and continued to have reckless sex and made another woman pregnant, have been arrested countless times (thank you doxer) etc.
Unlike me, in as poor health as I am right now, there is nothing anyone can do to help you. There is no pill, form of therapy, or medical procedure that can improve who you are. You are utterly beyond redemption. I will likely get through this in time, but you will never improve your lot in life, the person you are.

Bill Krozby, you do realize I can just take the medication I need in pill form and that effective treatment isn't necessarily that disabling a factor in my life? It's not as if this has stopped me from getting in good enough shape and becoming strong enough to beat the shit out of your beer bellied ass:
