I'll start.
The prisoner would be securely fastened to a gurney, arms and legs bound, and then his dick would be tied very tight with nylon rope, so tight that he couldn't piss at all. After 24 hours, the prisoner would then be given his first opportunity to spill his secrets. If he refused, another 12 hours would be given, and so forth, until the prisoner's eyes started bugging out of his head and his guts explode from the inside. -
