    Cook and eat breakfast while lifting free weights

    Run for 40 minutes

    Take a shower

    Prepare lunch

    Leave for work

    Work

    Stop by grocery store and get food or get take out or eat at resturant

    Either prepare dinner and eat or eat take, if I did not eat at a resturant

    Usually program but sometimes watch videos and jerk off

    For the past 6 years I've been listening to a podcast called No Agenda live at noon every Thursday and Sunday. I pretty much base my week off of that.

    Today is show day. I try not to miss show day. I owe a lot of my sanity to that program. John and Adam really bring things back to reality in regards to current events.

    They talk about stuff and how they expect normies to react and then a week later people on this forum will make threads about it but I'm already informed so I just drop truth bombs and call everyone a faggot for not seeing the truth behind the story.

    When I first started listening was when ISIS and Ebola was going on and they really broke it all down and I learned about how Germany is Russia's gas pipelines bitches which is why they cant piss them off.
