   I've been working for the guy since September. He's been paying me as a contractor. This year, I asked him for employment rights like stats, OT, etc. which he has refused. I am entitled by law to this.
   
   Since we had the falling out, he's refusing to pay my final cheque. Claiming I've cheated and stolen from him and that there'll be deductions. I deny this. So he's stiffed me on the final cheque.
   
   Since he's not paying me what he owes, I've now made a claim with the Employment Standards Branch for not paying me OT, stats, vacation pay etc. And filed a claim to the civil tribunal to recover my final paycheque.

   I use British spellings for most of my words, cigreting. I'm allowed to choose from either American or British dictionary because I'm Canadian.

   They seem to process claims quite fast for unpaid wages. Could take months before the Employment Standards Branch takes action for my missing OT etc.
   
   I wanna go on a road trip to the east coast in August, go to some Dead and Company shows. If I can save up the money.
