I had HPPD for like a year after the 10 strip but it's pretty much over now
But then I stared at a really bright lightbulb for 2 hours with maxxed out dilated pupils on meth and now I have seemingly permanent visual snow really bad. It makes me want to kill myself, especially in low light as it's much worse. It really "takes you out of it" and it's quite difficult to focus on reading a book or watching a movie because the background is like a billion black molecules bumping into each other and pulsating light at all times.
I get to try verapamil within a few days I think so penises crossed
