Also it is fire. I don't think restaurants will make it as fire as I do but if you find an indopak restaurant near you, look for chapli kabab, do takeout, then slap it in a bun.

My last batch was C+ tier by my standard. These are like a solid 89% to my perfect batch.
I'm docking points because I didn't use garlic or ginger paste, I just minced them and mixed em in. Also I forgot to add butter so the patties don't hold together as well as I'd like.
But, the taste is all there and it's fucking G O O D

if you want the patties to stick together better, crack a couple of eggs, beat them and knead them into the meat
