You need to have something people want, or at least make people think they want it. When I was young and found totse it was full of crap like that anarchists cookbook and endless articles like it, a 13 year olds dream. It was full of interesting people discussing taboo topics and I wanted to learn as much as I could. The internet changed. Even if we had something cool and interesting to captivate people, how many people are still looking for that?
I beg to differ. In regards to knowledge, there doesn't need to be an online library telling people how to make bombs and all kinds of inane shit. One only has to read Wikipedia or go on the dark net. Regardless I don't want to be associated with the next Unabomber or some fucking mass killer.
Forbidden knowledge is at the forefront now, and more easily accessible. Rather than publicize on a sub section of a site which only further serves to attract unwanted attention, you only have to point people in the right direction. Granted, there could be another section were such topics can be discussed without garnering attention from the wrong people. There's no crime in discussing what is otherwise public knowledge.
Let's say this forum exploded and was a hotbed for conversations pertaining to how to break the law, it would be at the poster's discretion to choose how that information is conveyed. For example, "Phil" tells SWIM how to do something nefarious. Until SWIM actually goes out and fucking does it then no laws have been broken?
Say a FED was monitoring this site. They could possibly link any crimes within a specified area, to that user who was discussing that type of crime.
But like I said, until said crime was committed, no laws have been broken. You also have to worry about vindictive posters who may feel they can be paid to set others up, but even I would agree that this site should be for debates and educational purposes only. If anything learned on here was going to be practiced, those types of conversations must have nothing to do nor take place on this site.
And yeah, ban all the paedophiles. Anyone banging on about this going against Totse's libertarian-esque free speech goals is a fucking nonce. I don't care, this isn't Totse, this is a new era, and child molesting scum should not be apart of it.
