   I read somewhere that looking at FB makes people feel bad about themselves because they are looking at people uploading the highlights and fun things they do only ..
   
   You don’t see the actual chit in their lives they don’t upload the worst only the best ..
   That will definitely make you feel some type of way if you’re going on that ..don’t feed into that illusion of perfection.. .. that’s normal what you’re experiencing and not rare at all they say
