Operations Manager is my official title but I do pretty much a bit of everything including designing our products (It's an OEM), punishing the underlings, hiring/firing, dealing with suppliers/customers, negotiating contracts with companies like Disney, interfacing with our partner company in Taiwan (aka: slapping the yellow fuckers around when they fuck up) etc etc.
... generally running the place while the boss is off playing with the bears at his 3rd house on Lake Tahoe.
Oh and I post on NIS (and other sites) a lot because I'm so efficient at my job.
