Interesting. I don't like that law, because if someone is there on business, or an extended project, from another state, then they fucken gotta get a Texas license? Thats strange. But a good way to add extra money to the coffers, I suppose. -

Just go ahead and get the citizenship. Dealing with immigration sucks dick, and, should you get even a DUI or some dumb shit like that you will be deported.
I applied and received citizenship as soon as I had my green card for 5 years. -

I don't drink anymore so no DUIs and I'm careful about other felony activities. I believe it's still possible to be deported though even at a naturalized citizen...they can revoke it. -

There are several aspects to safely speeding and ziping between lanes. Most of them have to do with police encounters.
The biggest thing thing about safely speeding around is knowing where the police hide, as well as knowing where they are likely to be. I wrote a short guide on how to gain this information back on intosanctuary inside of a thread about committing hate crimes, but I cannot find it at the moment. I saw it a couple weeks back, but I forget how I got into the archive.
Once you know where the cops are likely to be, feel free to drive however you want if you're in an area where they are likely to not be.
On highways, cops tend to hide and set up speed traps over hills, so when you go flying over a hill, they clock you in right as you come over the hill. Cross hills at the speed limit. Cops tend to hide over bends/curves on the freeways, so if you cannot see ahead, go the limit, as there could be cops around the bend waiting for you. Cops also like to hide on various ramps for busses, etc, so they see you flying, and then they fly after you from their little hidey spot. Sometimes there is a gap in the divider between freeways (north/south, east/west), and they like to hide in these gaps as well. Always check all mirrors to see if some cops are coming up from behind, too. Memorize these areas to stay SAFE while flying around bitchass niggas like golm and his gay-mobile.
When it comes to city driving, the same rules apply. Cops tend to hide in all the same spots usually, so memorize those. Know all the common routes that they take to/from the local precincts, and know the times of day when encounters are likely.
Okay, avoiding cops is the #1 safety rule. Rule #2 is knowing the limitations of your equipment.
Its a good idea to know what your car is capable of. How fast can it stop? At what speeds do you lose control if you make a sharp turn? How capable are your tires in the rain? These are questions that only you would know, and its up to you to test out to find out. This helps you to "zip around (what a gay term)" without risking your own car. Protecting your car is SAFETY #2.
