Instead of coming here to look at asses I could be researching something. I could be learning. I could be doing something.
Instead of wearing my hat sideways and saying mofo at a club, I could be doing things to satisfy myself instead of making myself feel good through pretentious appropriation.
I could be appreciating music and getting drunk instead of listening to music and getting drunk as a component of my sideways hat wearing adventure.
I could be doing the same thing as a part of appreciating life instead of living in a deluded reality. -

Ultimately life is about sex...if you break it down to basics every war, every innovation, every successful human was driven by the need to look at and play with asses...The more power you have the more asses you get to look at and play with.
Spending years researching how to become a fighter pilot just so you can attract a better quality of ass to play with and look at rather than taking advantage of the ones down the dive bar is time wasted. -

Work, party, sex, feeling oppressed, sexuality politics, drugs. Their life is nothing. But they feel a sense of belonging because they conform to a shared life view with others.
Are they cowboys? No. Are they conveying an image to represent themselves instead of displaying a personality? Yes.
These guys are the easiest example.

A) The person working in a cafe wearing hip clothes with an attitude proving they are hip and cool
B) The person who is a customer at the cafe picking up on the vibe and feeling a part of it.
They're just in a cafe with music in the background. They're associating and identifying with something from a music video or movie or TV show. One is doing the 9-5 the other is drinking coffee.
Both of them are deluding themselves and participating in if you scratch my back I'll scratch yours. You can be cool if you let me be cool.

You can find meaning.
For example, you can take up skateboarding and become good and feel a sense of achievement. Or you can wear skater clothes for social mobility. The second option is overwhelmingly more common. The first option is exceedingly rare.

I have a lobotomy. I may make a thread about it but I'm not sure if it's the best idea.. I have had a shift in perception, this much is sure but it feels like a lobotomy whether that's good or bad for me.. time will not necessarily tell because I cannot compare my life to a life I could have had that doesn't exist... only to my past.
I had an incident a few months ago that felt like it lobotomized some of my brain.. the visualization/imagination/creativity centers specifically. I cannot visualize things in my head very well and create the fantasyscapes and whatnot that I could.. if you look back at the posts that a certain user use to make you will see, I'm certain, a time period where the user went from almost extreme levels of..I'm not sure the word for it.. uh, imagination I suppose, and I use that word especially because of it's root: -image- because I'm not able to make image in my head much anymore. I make smol 10-20% image and it almost immediately fizzles out, and not with much colour.
Perhaps this is how most other people see the world I wonder, especially the woods like my brother, who think almost completely in technical detail and seems to have almost no interest in fantasy type imagery at all or spirituality beyond the mathematics. Alan watts would not persuade his mind of a thing I believe. Just the moving parts of machinery before him.
He was an engineer for a while, which suits him very well. Of course he had to make image for that career, but only technicalscape, not fantasyscape which is like a universe with colours and tolkeinesque variables instead of steel welded to steel and bolts and moving parts to make wagon or skidsteer engine. May make different post if start to believe is good idea -
