I never seen him before.
I told him it was my washer and dryer.
He asked how he was suppose to hook one up for him then since there is only one plug.
I knew he was lying because there are 4 plugs.
Then he asked if i could unlock the basement so he could at least get in.
I told him no.
Then as he was walking away he said "you just pissed me off brah"
Im sorry if your entitled dumb ass thinks the world works for you.
Im not letting you in my apartment or in the basement if i dont know you.
You dont have a key?
Then you probably shouldn't be down there.
I have had enough with neighbors.
Im not starting up and new relationships with these greedy, theiving, gang banger hood rats.
If you come to me and act right i will 90% of the time help you out.
Problem is these fuck boys keep ruining it for the rest of them who are probably actually decent people.
I mean if you wanna get off on the right foot with someone you should probably at least introduce yourself before you start asking for favors. -

Neighbor 1 - Drug Dealing/Pimp who brought constant foot traffic and always was asking for shit. Quit paying rent, got evicted by the police and then broke back in to squat for 3 more weeks all while bugging me daily for everything from "can i use your microwave?" to "Can I borrow $50 and never pay you back, only leaving you with a dumb lamp and a worthless pimp chain"
Neighbor 2 - I guess neighbor 2 was a good neighbor but then he died and a bad neighbor moved in so that is kinda his fault (right?)
Neighbor 3 - Who everytime asks "got a cig brah?" and uses my washer and dryer when I am at work then when I confront him about it and tell him to pay me or get fucked he replies "I got you some cheese tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes.
And now neighbor 4 - Lil' rude ass wanna be thug and thinks I give a shit.
Guess what!
They can all go fuck themselves or start buying the right to use my washer and dryer.
I ain't no bitch and I aint no push over.
Pay me or get on your way.
I dont have time for this shit and am annoyed I even have to go this far with it.
Black people would be a lot farther ahead if they didn't treat everyone like they are owed something. No one has time for that. -

Let me let you in on a little secret: Your LANDLORD owns the washer and dryer, not you. Doesn't matter if YOU bought it, it's hooked up the the building's PUBLIC laundry room. It's not in your private area. -
