I've been hit 5 times, I've been paid 3 times (2 times I was just irritated and left the scene, still not at fault but lack of a real reason to stick around other than a couple scrapes which wasn't worth my time). I have had my lesser bike stolen before I had a real place to store them, away from NIGGERS. -

Retains value at the end of the day. I can still sell these parts for near retail. However it doesn't help I ride more than most people drive. This is my REAL hobby. -

Subjective, on both counts. I rode initially out of "necessity", fuck waiting 1.5 hours to ride a bus with connecting routes when you could do it in less than an hour, and then end up with numnerous top 10 finishes on various segments on a platform with nearly 50 million riders in the most "cycling friendly" city in one of the most populous states in the country. Fux wit me boi. -

And if someone steals it you're out 5k and the cops won't give a flying fuck about your fancy hobby bike. Nobody is gonna run your bike's plates or ever find it. Some hood rat will steal it and probably sell it off for 100 bucks. -

if I actually rode a bike regularly I wouldn't want to pour money into it largely for the fact that they're so easily and regularly stolen -

Sure I'm negative but it's what I love and fuck the haters. When I'm pushing those pedals I'm having the time of my life. I'm sure most would never understand, it's just me. I love this shit and I'm aware I spend way more than most on it. I'm not trying to flex but if you want to call me out on my old life style be prepared to learn that things are different from 10 years ago.

Maybe a dirt bike or mountain bike I could understand. Keep it inside, pack it up, take it out. But this is something you use to get around and lock up on bike racks where anybody can come around with some bolt cutters and cut it in seconds and ride off with your 5,000 dollar thief magnet.
I mean you can still get a nice bike for like a 5th of that price lol. -
2020-01-06 at 4:53 AM UTCIdk, I bought a 500 dollar coat I wore 20 times and the back stitching wore out already and I paid to send it in and they filled the sides under warranty but WOULD NOT TOUCH the back despite admitting it was murked and not my fault. I haven't even opened the box back up I got back close to a year ago to see how it looks/wear it I was so upset. I'm gonna sell it on ebay for a huge loss if anyone will even buy the fucking thing for any amount of money and then not return it and demand money back despite my every intention to give plenty of pics and description of how it is and no refunds no returns because it's so expensive it looks tacky on me

Nobody would keep this away from me even upper body I'm still above 95% of the population, easily. Plus, it's fucking Austin, sure there's some niggers running around like any other top 10 metropolis in the country but I'm not about to be some punk like.. even brandishing a weapon, it just doesn't happen. This isn't Shitcago. Of course I can cycle at a fifth of the price, I've done that and guess what, when I'm done the parts are worthless. This frame won the tour de france in 2012, and cost 16k when it came out, I can still finesse the 1.5k I paid for it now EVEN WITH OBVIOUS CARBON REPAIR.I say obvious, it really isn't but I'm not a complete nigger and would disclose that.
