2020-01-02 at 2:28 PM UTCOnce Armageddon breaks out, the power grids will go down, cash and silver and gold will become worthless, then all hell will break loose. All the politicians will flee, like the rats they really are, and they'll try to hide, but there will be no hiding from this. Nobody will be able to hide from what's coming. Doesn't matter where you are or who you are.

No, they won't. Because it's not only going to be a social catastrophe, it's going to be a physical catastrophe as well. Smack during the unfolding nightmare, the incoming Nemesis planetary system is going to appear in the skies, growing larger every day, until it passes directly through our own solar system. The gravitational battle between the brown dwarf and our Sun will be so intense that continental plates will be shifted all over the planet, a pole reversal will occur, and all the rats hiding in the depths of their safe havens will be crushed flat. None of them will escape their coming fates, no matter where they try and hide. -

2020-01-02 at 7:26 PM UTCBrown dwarfs are objects which have a size between that of a giant planet like Jupiter and that of a small star. In fact, most astronomers would classify any object with between 15 times the mass of Jupiter and 75 times the mass of Jupiter to be a brown dwarf.
Starting in 1995, astronomers have been able to detect a few nearby brown dwarfs. All of the brown dwarfs discovered so far are parts of a binary system. A binary system is one in which two stars orbit around one another.
Nemesis is our Sun's sister star. -

I saw him once. Girlfriend at the time bought us tickets. I was super excited to go but there was a large party at my house all day before we went and I had been day drinking. In true Stanhope fashion, I fell asleep drunk at our table about 10 minutes into his set and missed the whole thing. She was upset and Iโm still pretty bummed about that but oh well. Left Doug an embellished voicemail about it, trying to chalk the whole thing up as a joke. I donโt think she ever got the joke tho. -
