Yep. While drying off in the shower, I put my foot up on the little part that keeps water in(about 1.5' tall) and felt some pain in my lower back. All day long it's hurt. I don't work until Monday, so I have time to heal(hopefully). Shitty too, because I just quit smoking weed for the time being. Now I'm at home, on my computers.
What should I do?

Blow your brains out
Once the back pains start they NEVER go away.
Or just visit a chiropractor or masseuse and have them work out the kinks
Or drugs
But I mostly recommend blowing your brains out

Well in that case, I'm going to hit my vapes, I'm just going to not smoke flower. 'Blow my brains out' psh, I'd be the last person I'd turn a gun on.

Back pain is a real pain in the back. I get it sometimes but it seems random so I don't know how to address it. I just sort of deal with it I guess. I suppose things like stretching and being active can certainly help prevent such pains.
Interestingly I began to develop some back pains from my old mattress, and have been sleeping on my couch for the last 6 months and they've gone away. I even have a brand new mattress and box spring but have grown so accustomed to my couch that I just keep sleeping there. Now my empty bed only gets used for unmentionables.

If it doesn't go away, pretend that it happened at work and complain to your boss about how it aches ever since you bent over to pick up that thing the other day.

Soak in a steaming hot bath for 30 minutes, then put a heating pad on it for a couple of hours. Take two generic Tylonol with codeine in it every 3-4 hours. Call me in the morning.

Damn two solid posts in a row. Anyways you should really really try stretching the fuck out of your back/yoga. I don't mean like the 20 second stretches you do before a run. I mean like 10 minutes of just letting it all fall down and stretching the whole thing out. I guarantee you it will work wonders.

When you've pulled a muscle, you don't stretch it at all. That will make it worse and it will take longer to heal. You need to not use it, put a heating pad on it, and take codeine until it heals.

I tore a muscle once and weed really helped.
