2020-01-01 at 6:31 PM UTCthis law means a hard copy offer is a death sentence if they refuse to hire you over hemp
that means, if a company makes an offer on paper, then breaks it over dirty piss, it's guaranteed cash cause you can legally sue them and you are going to win!! -

Which one are you choosing if you are an employer?
Your butthurt is palpable. Stop being a miserable person, and you might be able to enjoy your life. -
2020-01-01 at 6:32 PM UTCand if it's not cash settlement, its damage to that company and to any of that companies own customers. this is a very beautiful thing that just happened hahahahahahaha
-
2020-01-01 at 6:33 PM UTCand what nevada and the next states to pass this law are saying, hemp is legal here, and still, you are making unemployment grow by refusing to hire hahahahaha

i see the lawsuits amounting.
this is a policy that the EAST needs cause this policy will tell a UNION SHOP to go fuck themselves sideways and it removes union power hahahahahahaha let it happen!!
I need to look into this further. I wonder if a lawsuit prompted this. -
2020-01-01 at 6:35 PM UTCmost politicians are lawyers, and this is as twisted as the law can get on all sides!!

i am betting it did.
someone probably was refused after having proof of an offer and went and sought legal advice.
it's hypocritical for a state to be legal and the business within that state to impose laws against what is legal.
this is a wonderful thing taking place and we get to see it bloom lol -

2020-01-01 at 6:52 PM UTCif a job offer was a contract, there would be no next step to piss!!
therefore, IT IS only a promissory note that can become a legal tender by judgement, if not honored in the scenario of not passing a piss test. -

If it's not legally binding, it isn't a contract.
Who the fuck gets a job offer right at an interview? You're making shit up. You only get the offer once you're accepted for the job and get a CONTRACT, which is legally binding, but not 'legal tender'
Jesus you are probably the stupidest person on this website. -

Nevada just became the first state in the U.S. to ban pre-employment marijuana testing.
The law, AB 132, makes it illegal for an employer to refuse to hire someone who tests positive for marijuana, KTNV in Las Vegas reported.
Exceptions to the law include those trying to become firefighters or emergency medical technicians, those looking for jobs that require them to operate a vehicle and those seeking jobs with the federal government.
none of that effects me so i hope my statepasses it, which having the 1st gay governor in a state that was 1st to legalize it, is pretty good odds for me hahahahahahahaha -

2020-01-01 at 7:30 PM UTCit's the most precise grinder ever built. when we discuss salaries, we begin around the $60/hourly range and go up from there.
new jig grinders, because we are shorthanded in this skillset are making 80k to begin, i have 20 years of doing this.
and, your hands never get near where the work is being done :) -
2020-01-01 at 7:32 PM UTCi could get lit up in my vehicle and reek of dank and still get the salary and job i want on first interview.
