Got fucked up

2017-01-29 at 8:08 PM UTCI got off work yesterday and went to a bar and afterwards I went to a 711 for more beer and I bought a pizza there. I was walking up the pizza up the stairs and I slipped or something and I realized I was going to fall when my foot hit the stair behind it so I kinda hopped to give myself more hang time and that didn't work either cause my ankle turned in on the stair i hit after and i plopped down on the ground like a sac of potatos, i just layed there for a second and then went "oooooomggooood" luckily my neighbor was just walking out of his place (the muslim neighbor who saw me naked outside my apartment) and he rushed down and helped me up and walked me to my place. I was more embarassed than anything at the time.
I woke up this morning with scrapes on my arm and back of my neck and wrist really hurts bad but I think I will be alright.
I saw him this morning and thanked him for helping me because yesteray I was kind of pissed and was dismissive of his help and just wanted to go inside because i felt embarassed. He's a good guy.
My left side of my body feels really bad and out of wack. whats weird is even my bicep is sore as if I'd been working out or something. ate the pizza though.
