Oh Soi, there are bad apples in every business, doesn’t mean they all are. I’ve worked with some amazing doctors with great patient care skills.
I think it bothers me more than someone else because I would never do that. I don’t even touch a patient to position them for an xray without telling them exactly what I’m doing and why. -

Yes, X ray technicians and other specialist staff generally have at least some manners.
Doctors, as you say, treat you like a slab of meat.
The good ones exist very much as an exception. -

My first root canal I had no idea what the fuck they were doing and I made the mistake of going in on a microdose which made me feel everything that much more.
The surprise of the little needle boring into your root? Not fun. I had to ask for more anesthetic twice. -
