    I'd say anything under 10 a gram is lower quality. You won't find plastic or shoe polish in it though, it's just cheaply produced, lot more filler.

    They definitely won't since its federally illegal. You can still be arrested for trying to import it, though likely they'll just confiscate it and not say a word.
