I don't know if he's a child molester. My daughters mom really pissed me off in court she told the DA that she didn't want me being around mary anne until she was 5 so she could verbalize if I diddled her.. which really caught me off guard because I've never done anything like that. I have sex with women and I've even baby sat kids.
She also said I need to be drug tested on the reg which is really rich because she's bought me heroin before to get me to go meet her parents.. the judge told her he's not going to do that because I don't have that kind of legal history. -

i don't care if she said you raped a thousand children in front of her. i'd demand if something like that be mentioned in a court of law, WHERE'S THE PROOF? don't you even know how to debate? -

I don't know if he's a molester.. I've never said he was a molester, where do you get your info from? And I pay child support so yeah I get it the burdens on me, it is what it is. I wasn't trying to have a kid with this girl.. she said she didn't want to ever have kids and was on birth control but never was.. And I do have concerns thats why I called the cops in seguin. -

texas child court is a circus, a kangaroo court if you will and I even had an attorney. The law is almost always on the mothers side and to be honest I was not in the right place to be even having a kid, she lied to me to get pregnant. This was 7 years ago and I guess I was just naive to think a girl would pull something like that, I've had tons of girls tell me they were pregnant with my kid and they never were. My ex gf chzboogerz told me she was pregnant and I just told her "good luck with that lol" and she quickly apologized for lying which was pretty fucked up of her to do considering she knew what I went thru with my daughters mom, we were dating when my daughters mom was pregnant. -

but yeah texas child court is a real circus and ratchet ho's get on top all the time. even domestic abuse courts are fucked, domestic abuse aka family violence is the second highest arrest in texas next to dwi's. Like you could hit a girl for striking you first and captain save a ho is taking you in. A girl could hit you and you tell the cops that and they will just blow it off because they weren't there to see it so it didn't happen, its something called a double standard.. -

And a lot of guys get side swiped by liars in court. the courts typically favor the woman.
I know I had no business having a kid I didn't want to have a kid with her but I honestly thought we were just friends having fun and she told me she didn't want kids and was on birth control. Now I'm a lot more careful. I've had sex with 100's of girls never had a kid with them except this time. Some women are devious.. -

Just because a woman buys you drugs doesn't mean she's trying to lie to you. She just knew I was interested in drugs and wanted me to meet her parents. Like I said this was 8 years ago and I was definitely not seeing things the way I do now. I never thought Id have a kid unless it was with someone I loved.
I talked to jackie (the mother) a different girl about having a kid with her and getting married but decided against it despite me caring for her more than just friends. -

of course not and not even my point. you stupidly trusted her. but in court, she lied and it cost you.
do you think, had you went to court thinking she was going to lie and be prepared for her to lie, that you would have given a better response and it would have helped in your overall judgement?
