I've kept my current job at the oyster bar for several months now and like it there and my co-workers like me. My boss gave me a second chance to comeback because I was straight up with him and told him I was having drinking problems and he said he understands as thats how the resteraunt buisiness is... and almost everyone I know in this industry has had quite a few jobs even management my boss who's pretty successful.
And yeah I do have a new job but its just a side gig and I've already gotten paid pretty well for the work I did and I told him I'm willing to learn more as I'm new to an office environment situation.
And while §m£ÂgØL might be a huge dick humper I'm pretty sure he knows what he's talking about here. You don't have to just be at one job for 40 years to move up in your line of work.
It works for some people, my father worked at AMD for 25 years and it worked for him and he's been retired for quite sometime more power to him. It's just unfortunate that I got into a lot of trouble early on when I was 19 so some jobs aren't available for me.
I'll admit I wished it had worked out for me and the army when I joined but I ent up going to jail before bootcamp over a felony and had to be on probation, I know I'd be doing a lot better in life had that worked out. I was going to be in the medical field and I even had experience working at a hospital prior to joining. Theres a lot of haters here.
Like look at tort for example, he was homeless smoking speed in his car and generally fucking up, but he's doing well now in the navy and I'm proud of him. A lot of people here like to knock a nigga down. -

machining literally covers:
fda - ortho replacements
faa = aerospace
the police taser
the instruments for operating
the bunker bomb timing device
your utensils are made from machining
your fridge, stove, washer drier all components of machining
the vehicle you drive was machined (all working mechanical parts)
there is gage making in machining
weapons are machined
everything we use has to be machined which for me means GUARANTEED JOB and SALARY!!
everything in life almost requires something that was machined!!
so, if you have experiences in all of these areas in the field of machining, then you might be as brilliant as ME!!
but, it's all in the same field of machining...
not flipping burgers then car wash, then cash register at the mall, then making ice cream cones for dairy queen, etc....< that is getting you nowhere in life, even doing it for 20 years you will be as broke then as you are now!! -

I actually only work at nice restaurants and you can change to other restaurants and do just fine, my boss hasn't worked at the same place his whole life in fact he's only worked where I'm at for a little over a year and he runs everything because he has experience in the industry in general. get off the gas -

No they haven't my job takes out money for child support. When she was born they sent me some baby clothes and some plushibles for her. I haven't had a car in almost a year now and they didn't pay for it. We talked about them getting me one a couple years ago when my car was having problems as long as I pay them back but ent up not taking them up on the offer.
My dad did buy me a beer and some pork ribs when they came into town for lunch an so what I hadn't seen them in a few years and he offered, my parents really wanted to take me out to lunch big deal. And they don't pay for my rent, where do you get your fake news from? Seems like you're just making stuff up. -
